Please note that all therapists within Serenity Massage are independent therapists, operate under their own business licenses, and have the right to set and uphold their own policies beyond what is listed here.

Right to Refuse Service
Each therapist reserves the right to refuse service. Reasons for refusal may include (but is not limited to) the safety of the therapist or client, the client's needs exceeding the knowledge, skill, ability, or scope of practice of the therapist, chronic lateness or cancellations/no-shows, etc.

Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand things can come up to prevent clients from making their appointments. If you are sick, please call us to reschedule. Kindly give us 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, as we may have someone else who would happily take your time slot.

In the event of a no-call/no-show, or if proper notice is not given, a fee will be charged at up to 100% of the price of the services booked (charged directly to the card on file). Exceptions are at the discretion of the individual practitioner.
