Insurance Paid Massage
We currently have two therapists (Megan Holmes, Taylor Dodd) who accept Worker's Comp (Labor and Industries) claims, and one therapist (Megan Holmes) accepting new Kaiser patients. (Please call for availability.)

We are not accepting new patients under any motor vehicle incidents, or any other insurance company.

Your insurance may accept a Superbill, where you pay upfront and submit a specialized receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by company and plan. We have three therapists (Megan Holmes, Taylor Dodd, and Morgan Byers) who offer Super bills for services rendered.
Please Note:
Referrals Required
Your insurance may say a referral is not necessary, but massage therapists cannot diagnose and a diagnosis code is required for billing. This code can only come from a referral.
Copay/Coinsurance
Your plan may include a copay or coinsurance, which is due at the time of service. If you do not know the amount, calling your insurance company is the best bet. We may charge a set fee of up to $40 if this amount is unknown.
Massage Limits
Your plan may have a set number of massages allowed per year. This count may include chiropractic, acupuncture, and/or other services. If you proceed beyond your count and insurance denies to pay, you assume full responsibility for the total cost of the service.
